S. subsidiary Mylan Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to complete, consummate and submit to final approval for approval of ANDA registration of generic versions of Mylan's erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra® (Sildenafil). The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
